sb_float Although we did have some good news a few weeks ago about Tim's tumor shrinkage, he's had a pretty rough time with his recent round of chemo. sb_floatAt last a bit of good news. Tim's CT scan shows that the chemo has shrunk the tumor and metastases by almost 50% since this particular chemo treatment started in early January. There currently isn't a cure for pancreatic cancer, but just life-extending treatments. This buys us more time to enjoy life and hope for better treatment . . .

sb_floatTim will have an abdominal CT scan this coming Thursday March 1. This will be a watershed moment. The results will tell whether or not the chemo treatments have had any effect on his pancreatic cancer.
